The service supports an ecosystem where you can choose to connect with supported platforms. If you choose to send content to a supported platform, ByteForge is no longer responsible for that content once it leaves the service. Instead, the content will be subject to the terms and privacy policy of the relevant supported platform. For example, if you use the service to post a message on facebook, facebook's privacy policy and terms of service will apply to the message on facebook's servers.

ByteForge servers are protected by firewalls, creating a barrier between our trusted, secure internal network and the internet, and ip restrictions limit access to whitelisted ips;
Each customer can only access information related to the social profiles they follow and the specific end users who interact with those profiles. For twitter and instagram, customers can also access public content posted by end users that contains specific keywords;
When processing payments by credit card, ByteForge uses third-party vendors that comply with pci_dss standards;
ByteForge periodically reviews its information collection and processing practices and will review and modify this privacy policy accordingly.
Third-party vendors are used to prevent attacks on the website or service and the destruction or theft of data. These vendors also monitor potential attacks to notify ByteForge customers when customer content and/or ByteForge data is compromised;
ByteForge takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, please note that despite our efforts, no security measures are 100% foolproof.

Given the nature of our service, it is not attractive to children under the age of 13. Therefore, ByteForge does not intentionally collect or receive pii from children under the age of 13. Please note that ByteForge is a bridge between our customers and various support platforms. In some cases, content posted through ByteForge is not under the custody or control of ByteForge, and any content you share through the services through any supporting platform may continue to be available to third parties and the public, now controlled by the operator of the supporting platform.
ByteForge does not rent or sell your customer personal data or customer content, but may disclose such data to limited trusted third parties in the circumstances described herein, and you expressly consent to these circumstances by using our services. We will disclose your personal information as required by law, court order, and to meet any legal or regulatory requirements or obligations. It also includes any public content posted by an end user on a supported platform that can be searched and retrieved by customer through the api of the relevant supported platform.
“services” Means the services provided by ByteForge to you in accordance with the plan you have purchased.
ByteForge’s privacy policy is part of its broader terms of service. Both the terms of service and the privacy policy apply to your use of the services.
